David Crystal

​As the Director of Construction at Blackfin, David is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction operations including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overall execution. David has successfully collaborated on the completion of numerous projects ranging from Master Developments, Higher Education, and the Medical and Hospitality sectors. Known for his strategic vision and hands-on leadership, David excels in managing multidisciplinary teams, optimizing project timelines and delivering exceptional results under budget. David is renowned for his ability to tackle complex challenges and foster collaboration among diverse teams. With a background in General Contracting and over 20 years of extensive field experience, David has a proven track record of resolving project bottlenecks, ensuring compliance with municipality regulations and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Previously, David was the General Manager of Construction for a Cincinnati based firm, Jostin Construction. During his time at Jostin, David played an instrumental role in the construction of numerous projects including the TQL Soccer Stadium, University of Kentucky, and the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens.

David and his family are new to the State of Florida, residing in Tarpon Springs for the past 2 years. David enjoys spending time outdoors playing golf, paddle boarding, and visiting the beach with his wife and two children.
