As a Real Estate Manager at Blackfin Partners, Max focuses on sourcing and executing development opportunities throughout Florida and the Southeast. His responsibilities include market analysis, site selection, underwriting, relationship management, and supporting the advancement of retail and mixed‑use projects from origination through execution. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a relationship‑driven approach, Max prioritizes identifying high‑growth markets and creating long‑term value through strategic development initiatives.
Prior to joining Blackfin Partners, Max worked at WMG Development, where he managed new developments across Central Florida and the East Coast. In that role, he oversaw key components of the development process including acquisitions, entitlements, municipal coordination, leasing support, and project execution across multiple markets. This experience strengthened his understanding of market dynamics, deal structuring, and execution strategy while enabling him to build strong relationships with brokers, tenants, consultants, contractors, and local municipalities.

Max graduated from the University of Tampa, where he played lacrosse for four years while earning his degree. With three conference championships, three playoff appearances, and two Final Four runs, his collegiate athletic experience helped shape the competitive mindset, discipline, and team‑oriented approach that continue to guide his professional career.

Known for his energy, consistency, and business‑development focus, Max is passionate about expanding industry relationships and identifying new opportunities across the Southeast. A Florida native, he currently resides in the Winter Garden area and enjoys golf, fitness, boating, and connecting with professionals throughout the commercial real estate industry.
