As Founder & CEO of Blackfin Partners, Nathan plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s strategic plan by identifying, financing, developing, and managing retail, residential & self-storage properties across the Southeast States. His keen insights into maximizing asset value and performance are crucial to Blackfin’s continued evolution as a preferred partner for national retailers, financial institutions, and investment firms.
Nathan has extensive experience in all aspects of the real estate development process, including site selection, land use and financial analysis, purchase and lease negotiations, and site development coordination. Over his 20+ years in the industry, he has built outstanding relationships with key national and regional retailers, homes builders and self-storage groups, fostering new development opportunities and the repositioning of existing assets. Nathan has successfully secured and developed over $500 million worth of real estate projects across the United States, including in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, the Carolinas, Louisiana, Ohio, and California.
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Nathan, his wife Emily, and their two children live in Jupiter, Florida, where they enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, surfing, boating, tennis, and golf.
