As President of Blackfin Partners, Seth oversees the management and execution of the company’s strategic growth plan by identifying, acquiring, and managing retail properties throughout the Southeast. His extensive market knowledge, robust broker and consultant networks, and instinctive expertise ensure a productive pipeline for Blackfin. With over 15 years of experience spanning all facets of real estate development—from acquisitions to entitlements and construction—Seth has crafted market strategies for tenants, tackled expansion and in-fill markets, and provided creative solutions for complex retail projects. He has successfully developed projects in thirteen states across the U.S., including Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, the Carolinas, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and New Hampshire.

Seth holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He resides in Safety Harbor, Florida, with his wife Amy and their three children.
