Stephanie Crystal

As the Development Services Specialist, Steph supports multiple internal departments and external project partners by helping to navigate development-related processes with clarity, professionalism, and care. With 15 years of collective experience in various roles within the commercial construction industry, she brings multi-dimensional experience to the team, ensuring accuracy and clear communication throughout the lifecycle of our projects.
Steph majored in Marine Science at Coastal Carolina University and was a rescue scuba diver prior to beginning her career in the construction industry. She resides in Central Florida with her husband, their two children, and three cats. She enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, paddle boarding, and visiting the local theme parks with her family.
