Tyler Bell

As the Real Estate Manager at Blackfin Partners, Tyler spearheads new project origination and maintains a pipeline of ground-up development projects for national retailers across the Southeast. His responsibilities include site selection, contract negotiation, market analysis, due diligence, and managing key tenant relationships. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a "Road Warrior" mindset, Tyler excels in the dynamic real estate industry through consistent travel and on-the-ground market insights, supporting the team’s development efforts.

Previously, Tyler served as a Leasing Associate for RK Centers, where he analyzed trade areas and markets, negotiated letters of intent (LOIs), and conducted negotiations with critical tenants within a portfolio of regional and community shopping centers in New England. His primary expertise lies in working with tenants and brokers, effectively marketing, and presenting vacancies to achieve optimal results.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from Babson College. A former college athlete, he played a pivotal role on Babson’s baseball team and applies his experiences, dedication, and time management skills to his career. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Tyler now resides in Tampa, Florida, and enjoys outdoor activities such as golf, pickleball, and boating in his spare time.
